Sandra Mapus, HR & Client Advisor, has 20+ years of extensive HR experience at the Director and VP level and has leveraged this to help our clients improve their employee benefits, lower costs and implement technology.
Sandra is passionate about educating clients on ways to reduce their costs on health insurance through employee education, leveraging plans like level-funded and self-insured, as well as prescription carve outs. She has assisted numerous clients in lowering health care premiums and improving communication to employees to help them achieve better health and use of their employee benefits.
Sandra also launched our HR consulting division for clients who do not have HR professionals on staff or have limited staff. She works side by side with clients to improve their HR processes, employee relations and compliance.
Her strong background in technology has enabled her to help clients implement systems to alleviate many manual HR tasks and migrate to systems that better suit the client's needs. Compliance and employee relations are also a strong focus that has helped many companies overcome employee issues while putting policies and procedures in place to address them as they arise.

Brian Kauffman is the President of BOST Benefits. He is committed to helping companies and businesses optimize their health plans to create savings for the employers and better health outcomes for their employees.
Brian graduated from Geneva College and immediately launched a sales career with a Fortune 500 insurance company. He spent the next twenty years in a variety of sales and sales management positions building teams and advising businesses.
In 2006, Brian along with his father and siblings, founded BOST Benefits. Together, they built an agency spanning multiple states, supporting agents and agencies across the country.
Brian is a certified Health Rosetta Advisor, where he continually engages in strategies to deliver better care and better benefits to our clients.
Brian has been married to Lori for over 36 years and has three grown children.
